Happy 2013, weirdos.

The anthology I contributed a piece to, Defiant Daughters, is slated for a March 2013 release by Lantern Books. I'm in good company with 20 other women all writing about the intersections of feminism and animal rights in their lives. That's an exciting thing for a small slice of the populace, right? Right? Here's the cover:

I'll be reading at the book launch at Bluestockings in Brooklyn on Friday, March 22nd.

My zines are now in stock at Sticky Institute in Melbourne, Australia (http://www.stickyinstitute.com/) and In Other Words in Portland, Oregon. (http://inotherwords.org/)

I will be tabling at the 2013 Chicago Zine Fest on March 9th! I'm hoping to have a few new projects/zines done by then.

I just laid down some flute tracks and vocal tracks for the new Los Doggies album, coming out later this year. It's called "E'rebody," pronounced exactly how you think.

I have a diorama in the "Mystery" Diorama art show at The Team Love RavenHouse in New Paltz. It's up for a few more months, so pop in and check it out if you're in town!

You can find more photos of my piece, and photos of all the other pieces in the show on their blog.

Go Ogres played at BSP in Kingston last month, here was the flyer!

We're playing at The Haunt in Ithaca on January 19th. The show required us to put together a stage plot, which I thought was weird and pretty boring. Here's the one I made & we sent over.

Amanda saw it and requested that the pile of skulls be moved a little bit more to the right. It's always good to get another set of eyes on things, you know?
